Design and build

My latch handle broke the second day I had my bike. I bought it used, with no warranty. Rather than pay for parts I didn't need, I sent the broken bits and a salvaged tail trunk from a wrecked LT to Evan Guy Enterprises, Inc. in Texas. They build custom parts for NASA, DOD, specialty engines, and more. Expecting them to simply repair the broken latch handle, they instead engineered a complete replacement kit. More than just the latch handle, a repair system that allows anyone with basic tools to complete their own repair.

Not only was this a 'Better way', it's one we could share with the rest of the LT community!
